DS Mohan K. was invited as a speaker for the Young Hindu Professionals Networking Luncheon 2022 held on the 11th December 2022 at the ASIA PACIFIC UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION (APU) in Bukit Jalil. It was an engaging session with young and bright talent across different business sectors to provide a platform for them to gain insights into real business and professional challenges, highlights and rewards.
Growing market share, protect business and expand overseas- this was the topic of an on-site seminar jointly organised by UOB Business Banking and Adastra IP at UOB's spanking new and ultra high tech building at Jalan Raja Laut. Participants gathered for a vibrant post talk networking session at their gorgeous lounge with a 360 degree view of KL skyline.
The ASEAN-India Startup Festival is a flagship initiative that aims to strengthen cooperation and collaboration in science, technology and innovation between the ASEAN Member States and India. Our Managing Director, DS Mohan K, was a participating delegate in this event on 27th-30th October 2022. It was a great opportunity to connect with businesses and inventors from the international arena and to further strengthen cross-border ties with ASEAN countries in the field of science and technology.
Our Managing Director, Dato Mohan, was part of a delegation participating in a Business Mission Trip to Bangkok, Thailand, on 20-23 October 2022. We would like to thank ARFF - ASEAN Retail-Chains and Franchise Federation for arranging this eventful networking opportunity and their Thai counterparts for the hospitality.
Adastra IP was at the iNNOVATE Tech Show 2022 from 19-21 October, held in the MATRADE Exhibition & Convention Centre. Raja Muda Perlis, His Royal Highness, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra ibni Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail, took the time to visit our booth - it was the utmost honour to spend a few moments speaking to His Royal Highness.
On 24th August 2022, Adastra IP was invited to speak at a seminar organised by the Institution of Engineers of Malaysia (IEM) in Wisma IEM PJ. There was lively participation from the attendees and various pertinent and interesting questions were posed by practising engineers on the application of IP rights in their profession.

Adastra IP is pleased to be invited by the Institution of Engineers of Malaysia (IEM) as a speaker to deliver a talk on Intellectual Property. The seminar is to be held at the Auditorium of Wisma IEM in PJ on the 24th August 2022
Mr Mohan was invited as one of the panel speaker for the annual Nanotech conference organised by the Institute of Nanoscience & Nanotechnology.
Thank you NanoMalaysia for inviting Adastra to be part of the panel on the topic of "The Value of IP Management in Nanotechnology Commercialisation" Privileged to be alongside learned and experienced speakers from NanoMalaysia, Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), SKRINE and PwC Malaysia. 2.5 hours of compact knowledge sharing and dialogue session and a shame we had to decline more questions due to time constraints.
