Neoh has over a decade of experience in intellectual property. He has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for Malaysia, Singapore, PCT, as well as, carrying out prior art searches, patent analysis, and industrial design.
 
Prior to venturing into the field of intellectual property at another firm, he spent eight years working as an engineer with a leading manufacturer of electrical and electronics. He applies his industry-related experience to his patent work.
 
Over the years he has accumulated experience with patents in the areas of civil and construction engineering, electrical, electronic, mechanical and structural engineering, as well as, IT systems, software.
 
Neoh graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering in year 2000. He attended the certified South East Asian Drafting (SEAD) Training Course organised by FICPI (Federation Internationale Des Conseils En Propriete Intellectuelle) in year 2015.
