Justin was one of the pioneer patent agents in Malaysia and has held a Malaysian patent agent licence since 1995. He also holds a Malaysian trademark agent licence. He worked at Shearn Delamore & Co in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining Adastra as a consultant assisting companies on how to commercialise their intellectual property.

He has written on IP issues, business and technology related stories for newspapers and magazines both locally and internationally and has a wide network of media contacts in the Asia Pacific Region.

He holds a Bachelors in Applied Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, a Masters in Business Administration from Bristol University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelors in Law from the University of London.
